While enjoying a career in collegiate athletics, Nino bought his first home in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 2003. A year later, he found his first investment opportunity in the house right next door. By 2006, with the real estate market nearing a historic crash, he owned 3 properties in
South Florida. While athletics was his profession, real estate emerged as his passion. After successfully navigating a profitable exit amidst one of the toughest real estate landscapes in history, he came away invigorated, rather than deterred. From that day on, it was merely a matter of time before passion and profession merged. In 2015, Nino acquired his Indiana real
estate license. Over the past decade, he has successfully launched businesses as a Realtor, a Property Manager, and a General Contractor.
